Howard Wiggins has now retired, but prior to that, he’d been practicing almost exclusively in the area of estate planning for nearly 50 years. During this time, he became very familiar with the issues facing families dealing with the loss of a loved one. Howard was also a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and had an AV peer review rating from Martindale Hubbell which shows what his peers thought of his abilities. Nowadays, you will likely find Howard singing with his church choir or hiking around the various trails and parks located here in San Diego.
